Training Materials
Training materials share much in common with End User Documentation, in that you are creating something which teaches a user to do something specific. The primary difference is that training materials are usually “task-based”, which is to say they are used to teach a user how to do a specific task, or activity.
Training materials can be very short, illustrated bullet point documents, posters or handouts, such as this poster:

How to Wash Your Hands
or they may be more substantial documents, depending on the complexity of the task. The Art of Documentation is experienced in creating both simple and very complex training materials. We would be happy to discuss your needs and suggest a proposal to keep your employees safe and well trained.
