Art of Documenation (AoD) respects your right to the privacy of information that may personally identify you. This policy deals with information that you provide offline and online.
This policy does not apply to web sites you may access through our site (from our Links section, for instance); these are entities we do not own or control. You should read the privacy policies in effect at those sites to learn how they collect and use data from you.
AoD does not collect personal data when you browse the site. The Company collects data about you only when you:
- Contact AoD with a question, request for services, or suggestion. We collect your name, e-mail address, and your comments. We use this data only to respond to you.
- Participate in a Promotion or Survey : We ask for your contact information (such as your e-mail address) and relevant other data, such as your survey preferences. We use this data to run the promotion or survey and, if you directly and explicitly give your consent (“opt-in”) at the time we collect this data, to provide you promotional material.
- Client or Member Account Registration: We ask for your name, company name, position, company address, business phone, fax number, and e-mail address to set up your client or member site account. You select your own password and are responsible for the security of that password as well as your username.
